Network Assistant

Assist Network Administrator in supporting server applications and operating systems. Provide helpdesk assistance in resolving software, hardware and network related problems. Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates. Assist in maintenance of telephone systems and computer stations. Perform troubleshooting, archiving and back-up of server applications. Manage inventory of software licenses, software application, hardware components and IT supplies. Generate email and network accounts for new users. Configure and do basic settings of small networking devices. Installation of WAP, etc.

Network Administrator

  • Field / Cable Technician

    Cable technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential cable television and Internet services. They can service feeder lines that provide cable access to several homes or they can work with drop lines that only allow access for one home. Advanced cable technicians often work on the trunk line, which is the main line for an entire service area. Job duties for cable technicians include inspecting cable lines, laying ground cable, repairing poles and towers and driving work vehicles to jobs.

    Software Developer (Java, C++)

  • IT Assistant

    This role reports directly to the IT Manager.

  • Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager
